Thank you for shopping with Banana Pacific Trading Co. We strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order fulfillment, shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery issues.


1 – Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, promotional sales), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days due to increased volume.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.


2 – Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship primarily through Canada Post using Shopify’s discounted carrier rates to provide reliable, trackable delivery across Canada.

Available services include:

  • Expedited Parcel (default, 2–7 business days)

  • Xpresspost (1–3 business days)

  • Priority (1–2 business days, premium option)

Shipping times begin once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

đź’ˇ Banana Pacific is not liable for carrier delays due to weather, customs, or other uncontrollable factors.


3 – Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

We currently offer:

All rates include tracking and insurance up to the carrier’s standard coverage.


4 – Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate after shipment.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, contact customerservice@bananapacific.ca for assistance.


5 – Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.
Estimated delivery times:

British Columbia 2–4 business days
Western Canada 3–5 business days
Ontario & Quebec 5–7 business days
Atlantic & Northern Canada 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


6 – U.S. and International Shipping

At this time, Banana Pacific ships within Canada only.
We plan to expand to the United States and select international destinations in the near future.
When available, rates and customs policies will be updated here.


7 – Order Changes and Address Corrections

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your address and contact details before checkout.
If you need to correct an address after placing an order, email customerservice@bananapacific.ca immediately.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify delivery details or recall packages.


8 – Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, or parcel locker.

  2. Ask neighbours or your local postal outlet.

  3. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at customerservice@bananapacific.ca

We’ll assist in filing a claim with Canada Post. Claims for lost packages must be made within 15 business days of the shipping date.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.


9 – Customs and Duties (Future International Orders)

For future international expansion: all international orders will be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Currently, no customs fees apply to domestic Canadian orders.


10 – Delivery Confirmation

Once your package is delivered according to carrier tracking, Banana Pacific is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or using tracked services.


11 – Returns Due to Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to Banana Pacific due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
We cannot issue refunds for items returned due to incorrect addresses after fulfillment.


12 – Hygiene and Product Safety

Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the steps in our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.
