💸 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Banana Pacific, your satisfaction matters — but because our products are cosmetics and personal care items, we must maintain strict hygiene standards for health and safety reasons.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
⚠️ Opened, used, or tampered items cannot be accepted for return.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards or promotional bundles

Free gifts or samples
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact customerservice@bananapacific.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Procedure

Pack items securely; returns damaged in transit may not qualify.
Additional Notes
We recommend ordering smaller or trial sizes first to ensure product compatibility. Returns that fail to meet these conditions will not be refunded and will be safely disposed of in accordance with Health Canada guidelines.
